Dear Dr Burstein. I am one of the medical oncologist working at Castle Hill Hospital, Hull UK. I read your articles on breast cancer with great interest. In one of your talks after San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium 2017, I remember you saying that in one of your studies you observed that patients who achieved near complete pathologic response after neo-adjuvant chemotherapy had similar long-term benefit as compared to patients who had complete pathologic response. You had also mentioned some pathologic algorithm. Do agree with this statement (or you think that I am making it up)? If yes then could you tell me that which of this study had demonstrated these findings? Thank you for your time and kind consideration. Regards.
